Deep fryer known as a high-risk electrical appliance, a strict control on the cooking Performance and temperature accuracy is Needed, however it is also the most difficultissue in deep fryer manufacturing nevertheless, Our R&D department achieve this goal, in the Easiest and best way. In Year 2003, we have set up our own Deep Fryer Life Test Center. Our technicians inspect the oil temperature variation hourly and if there is any abnormal temperature record, a reporting system same as Toaster Life Test Center will be routed and eventually, improve the function and quality of our deep fryer!! In Year 2004, new product categories will be launched and Linkco, as always, will design our own system to conduct life testing.

On the production line, 100% QC inspection is a must. However, to estimate the possible product failure after certain period of usage, Linkco has set up our own Toaster Life Test Center. The system run automatically for 24 Hours, our well train technicians inspect the test sample periodically and record all the observation. Once problem occur, our experience engineer conduct a full test and disassembly the toaster to investigate the failure reason. Our engineering and production manager will review all those information and make a corrective action plan. Thanks for this self-examination system that enhance the quality and provide full confidence to our customer.
